A. Shopify Store Information
- Shopify store name and domain
- Store owner email address

- Products created and managed within the App
- Print templates, mask images, and frame images uploaded by the merchant
This information is required to operate the App and sync products with your Shopify storefront.
B. Store Content Access
To enable product customisation and print-on-demand workflows, the App may access:
- Product titles, descriptions, and variants
- Product images and storefront preview images
- Frame/mask images and print zone configurations set by the merchant
- Customer-submitted design assets (uploaded images, text, stickers) — used solely to generate print-ready files
We do NOT access:
- Customer passwords or payment information
- Shopify billing or financial details
- Any data unrelated to product customisation or order fulfilment
C. Customer Design Data
When a customer customises a product on your storefront (uploading a photo, entering text, placing stickers), the resulting design data is collected and processed solely to generate a print-ready output file and fulfil the order. We do not retain customer-uploaded assets beyond what is necessary for order fulfilment.

How We Use Your Information

If you uninstall PrintCraft Designer, our access to your store is removed and stored data may be deleted within a reasonable timeframe. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security safeguards including secure servers, access controls, and encryption in transit and at rest. While we take every reasonable precaution, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
